A No Refund Policy:
Due to the immediate delivery of all digital products and services, we do not give refunds. The maximum download limit for each digital produce is five times and then the link will expire. If you exceed your download limit, lose your files or have internet challenges, this is your responsibility. We do not send out duplicate copies of your digital downloads.

There are no refunds for rendered services. It is  your responsibility to understand our programs and how we facilitate them. Any refunds for packaged products and services will be calculated based on the full price of each of the products plus a $100 administrative fee.

Refund Policy for Retreats and Group Gatherings:
If you should cancel after payments are made, full refunds, less a $150 administrative fee, will be made if another person fills your position. No refunds are given if you cannot make the trip for any unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, please consider purchasing travel insurance. We recommend policies that cover cancellation for any reason. With all payments, any bank wire fees are your responsibility.

Product Descriptions:
Product descriptions provided by I AM Avatar attempt to be as accurate as possible. I AM Avatar does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Audio Purchases:
Audio files have a download limit of (5) times and the links expire after one week. They are not designed to “stream” from mobiles. To listen from a mobile device, there is an option to download to DropBox.

The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
